We are selecting a limited number of independent restaurant operators for our initial evaluation dataset. Participants receive the full analysis at a reduced rate in exchange for permission to document outcomes.
Why this exists
Every evaluation system must be grounded in real-world application. Our 48-point behavioral framework has been validated across seven pre-launch evaluations — but validation audits are different from documented client outcomes.
This initial benchmark group allows us to document how structural menu corrections affect average check, ordering behavior, and revenue patterns across different independent restaurant types — with operator consent and in a structured format.
We are actively evaluating independent restaurant menus and documenting structural failure patterns across format types — counter service, dine-in, takeout, food truck, and casual dining. Every evaluation adds to a growing dataset that will be used to refine the framework and publish documented outcomes. You are not participating in a theory. You are participating in active research with a defined output.
This is not a promotion. It is not a beta. It is a controlled data collection exercise with a specific participation structure and a specific end date.

How outcomes are documented
We do not require public testimonials. We do not require you to put your restaurant's name on anything. Documentation is anonymous by default and uses only the information you consent to share at the time of submission.
If you implement the corrections and track your results using the included Revenue Tracker, we may request permission to document the outcome in the following format:
Example documentation format
Counter service restaurant · South Florida · Est. 1958
Surface: Single-panel takeout menu
Structural failures identified: 18
Corrections implemented: Signature item designation, beverage integration, origin story repositioned
30-day outcome: Average check increased from $12.40 to $14.20
Annual impact at current volume: +$26,000
This is the format — not a real outcome. Real outcomes will be documented from this benchmark group.
A note from the founder
RaiseTheCheck began as an adaptation of an existing framework — one originally built to identify structural failures across websites and digital conversion systems. The same pattern kept appearing across every industry: businesses investing in traffic, design, and marketing while the underlying structure quietly suppressed performance.
I adapted that framework into a 48-point analysis specific to restaurant menus after reviewing a menu in a live environment and seeing the same structural failures immediately — not in branding or design, but in how choices were presented, priced, and positioned.
The principle is the same as it has always been: if the structure is wrong, performance is capped — regardless of traffic, quality, or intent. RaiseTheCheck applies that principle directly to the menu. Where the final decision is made.
